Student Art Show Volunteers Needed

May 2nd, 2012

It’s time once again for the most amazing Woodstock Elementary School Student Art Show, Ice Cream Social and Frog Jump Competition!!! This year, the event will be held on Friday May 18th, from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. Due to the strict fire code regulations, the majority of the art work must go up and come down on this one day. This is a tremendous feat which cannot be done without the help of parent volunteers referred to as the ARTillery!! If you are able to join this ambitious force on this day, please leave a comment with the hours you are available to work.

Mrs. Herklots works so very hard all year to put this show together for us, let’s give her the support she needs!

To sign up, please check the signup sheet below, and either leave a comment on this post, or e-mail Mrs. Herklots directly at herklotsl@woodstockschools.net
