This chairperson coordinates luncheons for the WES and WMS teachers that are provided on parent/teacher conference days (there are 2 of them)! The chairperson is responsible for ordering lasagnas from the caterer and coordinating donations of side dishes, drinks and desserts from our parents. Our teachers truly appreciate having a warm meal waiting for them on this very busy and scheduled day.

This is our biggest fundraiser of the year! We earn 50% of everything we sell, many many programs get funded from this fundraiser alone! The chairperson for this fundraiser is responsible for distributing all of the fundraising packets to teachers, getting the word out about the fundraiser through constant contact, and then coordinating volunteers to help organize the shipment of goods once the shipment comes in.

When you participate in Innisbrook, you really are making a huge and positive impact in your child’s life.

Thoughtfully consider donating your time to this extremely important fundraiser!

This chair is responsible for assisting Mrs. Herklots with the task of assigning volunteers to setup and tear-down artwork on the day of the event. This chair also organized ice cream scoopers and frog jumping officials! It is really such a fun day, what a wonderful event to chair!

This chairperson’s responsibility is to distribute order forms to all of the teachers, and to organize volunteers to help with the counting and processing of orders. We earn 50% of everything we sell, so this is a great income generator for our PTO!

This chairperson’s duties include coordinating setup and table/chair needs with the teachers, planning the decorating efforts, and any other activity centered around this event.

We sponsor book fairs at WMS and WES.  This chairperson is responsible for setting up, packing up and, managing volunteers that work the fair. The kids love the fair. There is a buzz in the school when the books arrive! This is a great event to chair!

A great way to say “Thank You!” to our wonderful teachers during national teacher appreciation week. This chairperson manages the hanging of signs and distribution of thank yous to the teachers. This chair also organizes the donation of food platters at the Teacher Appreciation Luncheon on Teacher Appreciation Day.

This is a great position to chair if you’re looking to help out during one specific time of the year.

This Chairperson’s main responsibilities include purchasing supplies for the Halloween party and organizing the DJ and volunteers for the setup and clean up of the games and cupcake walk.

If you’re thinking about taking on the Halloween Party for the 2012-2013 year, this is the year to do it!  Heather was very organized, and had already purchased all of the materials for the party…and then the snow storm hit and the Halloween Party was cancelled!  You’ve got materials ready to go, all you need to do is organize the volunteers!

Thank you Heather for all your hard work!  We’re going to miss you as the Halloween Party chair!
